Before entering the main area of the Thita Estate, a stunning olive tree placed in the middle of an exterior lobby in a big stone-built pot, transforms this spot into the perfect location for gatherings. Entering the living room, Thita Estate is decorated with a white-colored sofa, wooden furniture and a fireplace. Surrounded by lots of doors and windows, the light embraces the indoor areas of the villa.
Next to the living room, a well-preserved traditional dining table and its set of chairs accompanied by a rustic buffet is a corner worth stopping at before landing to a pleasant kitchen area, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Between the dining area and the living room, a stair leads to a warm mezzanine. The wooden floor and the elegant furnishing make this corner of the house a nice point for reading and individual moments.
Stepping to the other side of the house, an inner open space hottub is the hidden gem of Thita Estate. Sunkissed and privately placed, it stands as a luxury element of the house. Next to the hottub, 2 en-suite double bedrooms complete the main house’s layout. Going back to the olive tree that you met once you got in the villa, 2 independent guest houses are available for comfortable accommodation. One’s view is towards the main outdoor areas through large windows and its own private veranda and the other one is more serene, facing the back side of the villa. All the bedrooms have direct and independent access to the outdoor areas.
Feel the summer breeze in a splendid infinity swimming pool with sitting stones, sunbeds and pergola-covered areas. Different spots are available for relaxation.
Independent guesthouses
Two double bedrooms provide full privacy by offering each one a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area and a private bathroom. Traditional openings allow the sun to embrace the indoor areas while via the veranda door and the main entrance a cute swimming pool welcomes the guests for lazy moments.
A large area of parking space is provided once you arrive at the villa.
Concierge services: An employee of our company will be available during your entire staying for any questions or needs that you may have. We will provide information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities.
Maid service: The villa will be cleaned daily.
Linen change: The villa has all linen and towels. Change of linen twice a week.
Toiletries & consumables: Our villa is fully equipped and we will provide all the toiletries consumables products.
