On the ground floor of villa Agata there is a traditionally decorated open-plan kitchen with direct access to the living room area and equipped with all the culinary necessities. Through the kitchen and living areas, the large veranda door allows the sunlight to shine in the interior areas of the house all day long. Smooth and sandy colors match a relaxed scenery. Get spoiled to a hanging deck chair before approaching the large swimming pool area. Staying on the same level of villa Agata, there is a bedroom with two single beds (bunk type) ideal to host children or young adults. Shiny and comfortable with a window view to the pool side of the villa. This bedroom uses the bathroom of the ground level. This bedroom provides also a sofa that could accomodate two more guests in case there will be three children and a nanny. This type of bedding could cover a total accomodation of eight guests.
Following the marble staircase to the upper level of the villa, a whitewashed double bedroom with an amazing view and a twin bedroom share a common bathroom and have access to a common balcony. This balcony is pergola-shaded and it is highlighted to be one of the best morning spots to start your day while getting ready to meet all together at the rest of the common areas of the villa.
The outdoor areas of villa Agata are playful and wide. A large pergola-shaded marble table with built chairs is placed very close to the swimming pool while a traditional barbeque offers a great opportunity to gather all together for dinner and enjoy the evening breeze.
Large sun pillows are placed next to the swimming pool for sun-kissed moments and an outdoor shower is necessary after the sunbath.
Private parking area is also provided.
Concierge services: An employee of our company will be available during your entire staying for any questions or needs that you may have. We will provide information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities.
Maid service: Twice per week.
Linen change: The villa has all linen and towels. Change of linen twice a week.
Toiletries & consumables: Our villa is fully equipped and we will provide all the toiletries consumables products.
