Aktionas is located just a few minutes away from an infamous kite-surfing beach in Paros and within a short driving distance to Aliki village. This enormous villa may welcome up to 12 guests and guarantee a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Ample outdoor spaces with a large swimming pool along with the jacuzzi-style mini pool at the balcony are facilities that provide luxurious accommodation. Villa Aktionas is part of a 2-building complex, neighboring with villa Eftichia. These two can be booked either separately or together depending on the group of guests. Privacy between the two villas is a given ensured by the architectural design.

Villa Aktionas offers elegantly decorated interiors and a spacious outdoor swimming pool terrace.

At the ground level of the villa, a very comfortable kitchen area is equipped with all the essentials while a large and modern wooden dining table invites you for breakfast and dinner. A bright living room includes a comfy sofa with light colored cushions neatly combined with the wooden interior details. Direct access leads outdoors where you are invited to a spacious pool terrace including both pergola-covered and open areas.

At the same level of villa Aktionas, three bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms offer a very relaxed accommodation. The bedrooms are elegantly decorated and offer great sea view. The bedrooms offer straight access to the swimming pool, inviting you for a morning dip.

At a lower level of the villa, a totally autonomous guest room with independent entrance and a kitchenette offers a more tranquil accommodation. Again the style remains the same, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom but still restful like the upper level bedrooms. Its independence makes it ideal for the nanny’s accommodation. The access to this bedroom is also available from indoor stairs.

At the first level of Aktionas, two more guest rooms with modern lines, dynamic colors, highly comfortable, totally equipped with all the amenities, offer an amazing view from the pergola-covered verandas. A highlighted spot of the upper level bedrooms is the outdoor mini pool with hydro massage system (jacuzzi-style). The guests of the upper level bedrooms may choose to bypass the main entrance on the ground level and through an independent entrance are led to the upper level’s outdoor hydro-massage.

The outdoor area includes a large dining table with canvas director’s chairs as well as a barbeque facility. The swimming pool is the main spot of the outdoor scenery facing Antiparos Island and the kite surfers to be the only element that shadows the blue sky. The terraces may connect to the neighboring villa Eftichia through a door which is convenient if both villas are rented together by a big group of friends.

Its close proximity to Pounda beach makes it attractive to enjoy numerous sea sports; just 750m away spreads a coastline full of action. When the sun goes down in villa Aktionas, serenity and tranquility embrace the guests to spend cozy summer days while collecting holiday memories.

Daily trips to Antiparos, seaside taverns & restaurants at Aliki village or an evening drive towards Parikia will be pleasantly incorporated to your daily Parian lifestyle.
