Detailed description
Two-level central building
At the ground level is the living room area and the dining area rustic decorated and accessible to the front yard as well as the kitchen area. On the upper level there is one ensuite double bedroom and another one with two single beds. Access to a common large veranda for morning breaths can’t be missed. One more bathroom is located on the ground floor as guest’s wc.
Ground floor apartment
Provides one en-suite double bedroom and a living room with two single beds that may be converted for double use. Equipped with a kitchenette as well as with one more bathroom. Front veranda door leads to the central building for gather.
Top floor apartment
Two single beds with its own bathroom and a kitchenette located in the upper level of villa Alena, joins a built-in outdoor table facing enormous views towards the sea.
The main area to meet is the veranda of the central building and decide who will jump to the sandy beach and who will relax in the Jacuzzi of the villa. Villa Alena is constructed to be lived in the fullest way. BBQ area equipped with all the necessary facilities, home cinema with laser projector as well as an outdoor heated shower, embrace the guests to be part of how summer days in a Cycladic Island could be. Pergola shaded areas to relax are placed all around the outdoor landscape.
Private parking space for a number of cars is provided to this property.
Concierge services: An employee of our company will be available during your entire staying for any questions or needs that you may have. We will provide information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities.
Maid service: The villa will be cleaned every three days. Upon request with extra charge if needed.
Linen change: The villa has all linen and towels. Change of linen every three times a week.
Toiletries & consumables: Our villa is fully equipped and we will provide all the toiletries consumables products.
