This cozy villa welcomes you to experience a modern way of holiday into a homey atmosphere. Villa Eleamare is comprised of different levels:

Upper ground level

Stepping inside into the main area, the wonderful villa Eleamare features a spacious living room with a comfortable white corner sofa accompanied by modern metallic coffee tables, composing a relaxing scenery. While meeting modern and traditional elements, the floor is covered with grey cement and the roof with white wooden beams. The spotlight of the living room area is a mezzanine that serves a library / reading space forming a personal corner for quiet moments. A neat, bright white and blue kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary facilities offers straight access to an outdoor BBQ area. Guests may dine both outdoors and indoors with the same ease.

At the same level of the living room area, a spacious double bedroom and next to this a shower bathroom are located. The bedroom offers a courtyard patio, a charming space to enjoy your morning coffee.

Lower ground level

Few steps away, there is an ample double bedroom equipped with a kitchenette and elegant furniture. This bedroom offers a great sea view as well as direct access to the swimming pool. An internal door leads to a smaller double bedroom. Both bedrooms share the same bathroom and due to its design, it seems ideal to host a couple with kids.

First floor

This floor is covered by a roomy double bedroom offering an extraordinary sea view. You may access this bedroom either through the mezzanine or through an outdoor entrance. It may be occupied from up to two persons in a comfortable way and it also features its own en-suite bathroom.

Outdoors

Cubic shapes, whitewashed walls and use of the local stone introduce you to the Cycladic architectural elements while modern features complete the villa’s layout. The outdoor area is calling you to spend endless moments around the swimming pool with sunbeds and different types of chaise lounges under the sun. At the pool level, there is also an outdoor toilet as well as a conveniently-placed open shower next to the pool. Guests are welcome to relax in multiple dining and sitting areas either pergola-covered or open ones.
