Villa Emerald is a 75 sq.m. modern villa is located in the Agios Arsenios region, close to the Pounda kite-surfing beach and to many other popular beaches close to the island’s capital town. The villa contains two en-suite double bedrooms, an open-plan living area next to the kitchen and it offers direct access to the private swimming pool. All the villa’s spaces unfold on one level and they enjoy natural light and great views. Villa Emerald has a cozy layout with earthly tones and boho decoration.

The outdoor swimming pool area includes sunbeds, bean bag chairs and a dining area.

Private parking area for 2 cars is available in the premises.
