Detailed description

The villa was built in 2016 in three levels in accordance with the Cycladic architectural style. Spacious bedrooms indoors and a large terrace outdoors create a relaxing holiday feeling. The 12×4.5m swimming pool is the best place to be, especially with such a view!

The ground level features an open plan living / dining area with an extremely cozy sofa and a big white metal marble-look dining table with clear acrylic chairs, blending technical design innovation with a few baroque touches. This room has eye-catching bubble pendant chandeliers and windows with great view. A fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the outdoor dining and BBQ area and a guest’s toilet are located at this level too.

Moving towards the bedrooms, a double bedroom with a nice decor including an en-suite bathroom is also located here. A spacious guest room with a double bed and a second bright bedroom right next to it with two single beds share a shower bathroom on this level. All rooms at the ground floor enjoy a sea view and have direct access to the pool.

Up to the first floor, there’s the master bedroom which enjoys a wide view and has its own little balcony. On the lower level, there’s a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a comfy sofa and its own bathroom. At the same time, this particular room has direct access to the swimming pool area.

Outdoors, there’s a large swimming pool,a comfy lounge area to relax as well as a dining area adjacent to the BBQ facilities. A shower-bathroom with storage space is located here for external use.

Pergola-covered parking space is available.
