Situated on the southeastern coastline of Paros, Villa Iskadio is located on the first line of the coast overlooking the azure blue of the Aegean Sea. A minimalist rectangular swimming pool surrounded by a concrete platform gives its guests the opportunity to refresh themselves while gazing at the sea.

This 6-bedroom villa has an ultra-modern interior design and large terraces with multiple outdoor sitting areas. This luxurious property with its fine view towards the horizon is located extremely close to the water and offers breathtaking vistas over the sea and the neighboring islands.

The property is surrounded by a vineyard, fruit trees, lavender and jasmine plants as well as huge outdoor white marble terraces. The grounds around the house are landscaped and feature a Greek-type theatre.

On three independent levels, which connect through outdoor staircases, Iskadio can host up to twelve guests.

Detailed description

Built on different levels to complete the natural landscape and to optimize the views over the sea, the villa features a long infinity swimming pool.

Internally, a minimalist aesthetic prevails due to the meticulous selection of furniture and other materials. At the same time, an omnipresent whiteness is interrupted from the coloured touches of carefully selected artworks. Paintings, drawings and objects made by renowned artists are featured throughout the villa and highlight the artistic spirit of the owners.

First level

This level consists of two independent fully-equipped studios and a large terrace.
• Studio 1: One bedroom with double bed, two built-in sofas that can accommodate two children, bathroom and kitchenette.
• Studio 2: One bedroom with double bed, two built-in sofas that can accommodate two children, dining table with chairs, coffee table, bathroom and kitchenette.
The terrace features a big dining table with chairs, sunbeds and the shade from the trees.

Second Level

On this level, there is a large living room with two sofas and a coffee table, a dining table and a fully-equipped open plan kitchen. There are two double bed bedrooms with a sea view, en-suite bathrooms and a direct exit to the terrace. The terrace has an outdoor sitting area at the front and on the side, there is a large pergola-covered veranda and an outdoor kitchen space with a barbecue. This sitting area includes a long dining table with a sofa and canvas chairs. This apartment is air-conditioned and has a Wi-Fi connection. All areas of this level have unobstructed sea views.

First Floor

This floor is accessed by an outdoor staircase. This apartment with striking views of the Aegean Sea has an outdoor dining area and terrace for relaxing. The interior consists of a living room, a dining table and an open plan kitchen. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet connection.
