The villa is fully and tastefully furnished and consists of 5 spacious bedrooms en-suite bathrooms. Its elegant layout is ingeniously designed to accommodate its guests with comfort and luxury.
The ground level consists of a spacious and bright living room with a wide-angle view towards the sea, a comfortable couch, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The living area shares the same space as the dining area which consists of an impressive wooden table with matching chairs. Both the living and dining area have direct access to the swimming pool space. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the living room area and it has an efficient layout that invites you to get creative cooking! On this level, there are two earthly-colored double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offering direct access to the swimming pool area.
An indoor staircase leads to the lower level, where the guests may find three more double master bedrooms. They all have plenty of space as well as en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms offer direct access to the external areas of the house. On this level, there is also a spacious playroom ideal for the kids to play games and enjoy quality time.
Outdoors, an infinity-edge swimming pool invites the guests to enjoy wonderful relaxing moments while gazing towards the amazing view. Comfortable bean-bag chairs complete the swimming pool area.
The house has a spacious outdoor seating area, covered by a pergola with a large dining table that seats up to 10 people, a BBQ area as well as an external shower bathroom. The pergola-shaded seating area has comfortable couches where guests enjoy an incomparable view of the Aegean Sea. This space invites family and friends to enjoy a tranquil setting.
The villa has a large private parking area with a shaded parking area for 3 cars.
Concierge services: An employee of our company will be available during your entire staying for any questions or needs that you may have. We will provide information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities.
Maid service: The villa will be cleaned daily.
Linen change: The villa has all linen and towels. Change of linen twice a week.
Toiletries & consumables: Our villa is fully equipped and we will provide all the toiletries consumables products.
