Villa Lucia is a newly built 5-bedroom pool villa situated in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the lively center of Naoussa. Designed in the traditional Cycladic style, the villa features modern amenities that cater to every need.

Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by a bright dining area with a view of the pool, which is surrounded by sliding windows that create an open-air patio ambiance. The ground floor also comprises an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a television, and a charming dining area.

Two spacious double bedrooms, furnished with modern decor in shades of grey and brown, are also located on the ground floor and come equipped with en-suite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms with joinable beds and en-suite bathrooms are situated next to the pool, offering direct access to the water.

The lower level of the villa features a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom receives less natural light than the other rooms in the villa, creating a tranquil and cool atmosphere.

All of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning and televisions. The villa is impeccably modern, with a swimming pool located just a few meters away from the bustling village of Naoussa. Guests can enjoy the perfect balance of peace and proximity to the vibrant local scene.
