Detailed description

This comfy villa is fully equipped while it is decorated in earth tone colors, creating a serene and restful feeling to its guests.

The multi-level property consists of 3 bedrooms plus an open plan bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. In front of the house there is a beautiful lush garden with a sea view.

As you enter the villa there is a comfortable living room with TV. The living room has direct access to the garden and the external pergola-covered sitting areas.

A small staircase leads to the open plan kitchen equipped with a dining area.

The first floor features a double bed bedroom with its own romantic balcony with plenty of view towards the sea and the island’s landscape.

While descending a few stairs, there is one double bedroom with charming decoration including a private bathroom.

Leading towards the lower level, the guests may find two more bedrooms. This level features one twin bedroom with metallic beds and an open bedroom with built-in beds making it ideal for the children’s hideaway. A fully equipped bathroom is situated here also.

Outdoors, there is a built-in stone couch with comfortable cushions and a coffee table that is a lovely place for relaxation. An outdoor dining table is also offered ideal for great dinner moments with family and friends.

Pergola-covered parking space is available.
