Detailed description

Located within walking distance from the famous Golden Beach, villa Yades invites its guests to feel the luxurious island living and enjoy amazing views of the Aegean Sea.

The villa is built in different levels, accommodating its guests comfortably.

While entering the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen including a round wooden rustic dining table. Few stairs up there is a comfortable living area with built in sofas, armchairs and a coffee table. A wooden stair leads to a mezzanine living area, totally influenced by the Cycladic architecture. The mezzanine has direct access to the villa’s best spot, an outdoor wooden platform with a great sea view promising moments of relaxation and inner peace.

The lower level features two elegant decorated bedrooms. The first one has a double bed and the second one has two single beds. A bathroom with a gray washed curved shower is this floor’s elegant touch.

The villas outdoor is full of charm offering a plunge pool of 4×2.5m with sunbeds to soak up the sun, green plantation and great sea view. There also are a pergola-shaded area with a dining table and two sofas with a coffee table. The villa is the third of a residential group of villas.
