The main house

Villa Alkippe is a two-level house that features a multi-leveled architectural design. The ground level has an open-concept design that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable ambiance. The living area opens up directly to the swimming pool area, providing a panoramic view of the sea and the nearby islands. This level also has a double en-suite bedroom with ample storage space, its own shaded relaxation spot outside, and direct access to the swimming pool area. In addition, there is a spacious en-suite double guest bedroom with an amazing bathtub and direct access to the swimming pool area, separated from the main building.

On the lower level, there are two spacious double en-suite bedrooms decorated in natural tones with smooth decoration, equipped with A/C systems and plenty of storage space. There is also an additional en-suite bedroom on this level that resembles the inside of a boat cabin, featuring two bunk beds and one single bed. This bedroom is completely independent, has a ceiling fan, and direct access to the swimming pool, dining, and lounge areas. This extra bedroom is perfect for accommodating teenagers, children, and nannies.

The outdoor areas

The terraces of the villa are neatly designed and feature hidden lights that create a fantastic ambiance in the evening. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including barbecuing, dining, lounging, and sunbathing on the sunbeds, all under the pergola-covered area. Additionally, there is an outdoor toilet with a shower for added convenience. The cutting-edge design of the swimming pool invites guests to spend precious moments relaxing and taking in the breathtaking seascape views.

A shaded parking area is available on-site, which can accommodate up to four vehicles. For larger groups, Villa Alkippe can be booked together with its sister villa, Adrasteia, providing ample space to accommodate a large group of friends or a combination of families who wish to spend their holidays together. Despite the shared space, Villa Alkippe maintains the highest levels of privacy and tranquility for all guests.
