The Main Villa

The living areas of the main residence unfold over two levels. The ground level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area. The interior design and overall decoration of the house is highly elaborate and creative. The living area enjoys views of Naoussa’s bay and it also offers direct access to the external terrace.

The lower level features one en-suite double bedroom with a distinct characteristic, the windows that are beautifully placed right by the pool, and one autonomous en-suite double bedroom. Both bedrooms are stylishly decorated and benefit from direct access to the pool.

The Guest House

The guest house is an independent unit consisting of a cozy living area and a delightful kitchen area including a dining space. The guest house features two en-suite double bedrooms and one en-suite twin bedroom, perfect for younger guests or friends.

The outdoor areas

Both the main villa and the guest house offer various options of outdoor seating areas, all enjoying unparalleled views of the seascape and the island’s unique northern bay.

The main villa features an infinity swimming pool measuring 13.3×2 meters, sunbeds, as well as spacious and comfortable shaded-dining and coffee areas. Mosaic floor designs of an octopus and sea turtles add a signature touch to the villa’s exterior floors.

The guest house has a water-massage pool, a lush patio and a shaded coffee area overlooking a commanding sea panorama.

The estate in its entirety is surrounded by an impressive array of local plants and trees all sustainably watered from underground reservoirs.

Finally, a tennis court and a small chapel are shared with the neighboring property and can be used at no extra cost upon request.
