Villa Beatrice offers a vast terrace with a large infinity pool and a manicured garden with local plants, blending into the island’s landscape. The infinity swimming pool measures 12×4.5 meters. There is also plenty of space to sunbathe and relax as well as dine al-fresco in the villa’s BBQ area.

This 5-bedroom villa is built on three levels, accommodating its guests in spacious interiors.

The ground level consists of a sunny, airy elegantly decorated living room area with an open-plan kitchen and dining area.  On this level, there are also two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms have direct access to the pool terrace while enjoying a great sea view.

The first floor features two stylish double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms have private balconies and enjoy a stunning sea view.

The lower level consists of a large twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious TV room ideal for movie nights. Both rooms have direct access to the pool terrace. A laundry room is also located on this level.

While entering the property, outdoors there is a small olive grove as well as a shaded parking area.
