The second building encompasses three individual double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Despite the beach being less than a three-minute drive away, the front outdoor area is adorned with shaded built-in sofas and a spacious table, creating an inviting atmosphere beside the private swimming pool for both day and night gatherings.
