Malva is the upper villa and neighbored with Salvia and Iparenia. Situated in a plot of 4 sq. m., south oriented and easily accessible from/to all the main spots of the island while facing Naxos Island and the Aegean Sea. Villa Malva and its 95 sq. m. could be an ideal place to enjoy a smooth island living with your relatives or friends.
The sunkissed outdoor areas offer a pergola-shaded dining corner as well as a coffee area too. A swimming pool of 3,7M x 8M is the highlight of the flat surrounded by low garden and decorated with boho-chic elements all over grey cement surfaces. The contemporary feeling both indoors and outdoors is the core sense of villa Malva.
An open-plan fully equipped kitchen with the big inox island-table while entering the flat is placed next to the living room. Decorated with sandy color cushions and large pillows, welcomes you to an indoor break viewing through the large openings the swimming pool teracce and the aegean sea. The four guests may be comfortably accomodated in one en-suite double berdroom and another one double bedroom with seperate bathroom. The sofa-bed in the living room is able to accomodate a fifth guest if needed, upon request and extra price. Cement-style ceilings, fresh and modern materials shaded from the wooden shutters offer a feeling of comfortness. Pick a door that lead you to the outdoor areas for gathering moments on the super cozy sunbeds and the shaded dining tables.
Villa Malva may be rent as a complex with ‘Iparenia’ and ‘Salvia’ for a group of up to twelve guests.
The provided parking area may serve two cars in the shade.
Concierge services: An employee of our company will be available during your entire staying for any questions or needs that you may have. We will provide information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities.
Maid service: The villa will be cleaned twice per week.
Linen change: The villa has all linen and towels. Change of linen twice a week.
Toiletries & consumables: Our villa is fully equipped and we will provide all the toiletries consumables products
