The main house
A spacious living area of minimalistic style and cubic designed decorative objects along with a comfortable corner sofa with soft cushions dress the main indoor area. The light floods the room through the large openings whilst offering amazing sea views. Next to the living area, there is a cozy and peaceful dining area. Adjacent to this, the guests will find a modern black and white fully equipped kitchen with contrasting accents, built-in cabinets and a sleek island table. Alongside the kitchen, an independent guest room is designated for the in-house staff in order to take care of the villa and the guests.
A double master bedroom, located at the edge of the main house, offers an amazing sea view as well as direct access to a bamboo pergola-covered patio and the pool terrace. Garmented with the finest cushions and premium materials, the villa offers high-quality accommodation of unmatched elegance. The master bedroom is designed for two guests and it includes separate en-suite toilets, plus one contemporary shower bathroom of solid concrete styled surfaces.
The main house is completed with two almost identical twin/double bedrooms offering great sea views and direct access to the swimming pool terrace. Both are equipped with modern furniture & useful amenities with en-suite bathrooms.
The guest house
The guest house has three double bedrooms in two levels. The first floor features a bright and spacious double bedroom with stylish decoration and an en-suite shower bathroom. This room enjoys a breathtaking sea view while offering a private balcony.
The ground floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an en-suite twin/double bedroom. Both rooms feature an eclectic decorative style with boho fabrics and have easy access to the swimming pool terrace.
The outdoor area
The sea view spacious outdoor surfaces set a relaxing and luxurious way of sharing all this appealing space with your friends. The infinity-edge swimming pool, the bamboo-shaded dining and sitting areas invite the guests to experience the island living to its fullest. An open-air cinema, a barbeque area and a well-equipped indoor gym add an extra touch of luxury. When the sun goes down and the aperitif time is near, the guests may sit by the pool’s modern outdoor fire pit and enjoy the atmospheric scenery.
